Yin Yoga is a practice that emphasizes long-held passive stretches that target the deeper connective tissues. Yin yoga strengthens our joints, ligaments & deep fascial network.
In this deeply nourishing class we are also cultivating mindfulness, calming the Nervous System and nourishing the heart, helping us to come home to a deeper and richer aspect of ourselves. Poses are on the floor, & blocks & bolsters are liberally used & encouraged.
